Brasilia has an International Airport called Juscelino Kubitschek, which is the third largest transporter of aircraft and passengers in Brazil. Brasilia International Airport receives approximately 7,500,000 passengers every year.

Inside the airport you'll find facilities such as banks, a post-office (open 24 hours), restaurants (many open from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm), snack bars (open 24 hours), music shops, bookshops, gift shops, first aid stations, and travel agencies. There are no conference rooms or hotels available in the airport. If, however, you would like to stay in a Brasilia hotel you can book a room in advance or upon arrival. You can do that through the Brasilia Tourist Information, which is located in the Brasilia Airport.

At the airport there are 1000 parking spots available within easy walking distance of the terminal, and for those seeking public transportation taxis and buses are available. From the airport a taxi will take approximately 15 minutes to reach the downtown core. Buses are also available but they take approximately 30 minutes to arrive downtown. At the time of writing bus line number 102 is the one which takes you downtown. Another option is the micro buses that take you from the airport directly to the bus station in the center of Brasilia. All these methods of public transportation are easily accessed just outside the terminal in the Juscelino Kubitschek International Airport in Brasilia.
