Filed under: Brazil General - January 13th, 2005 This picture shows one of the carnival parades that happens in a smaller city. Since almost all of the cities in Brazil celebrate carnival with a parade, it is very common that if you are in Brazil during carnival, you will be able to watch a parade. It is a very exciting event, and is taken very seriously by the samba school members. It is a competition, so all of the schools competing in the parade want to win! Carnival is an amazing spectacle that can only be truley experienced first hand.
